As a part of a collective of Live painters representing the Coronado Cultural Arts Commision during the annual Flower Show, this painting was created live on site. I wanted to capture the blessings of being a local artist by actually painting a fellow artist in the process of painting. It is one of those funny Russian Doll scenarios. The fun part about painting live is the conversations with people yo may not normally have a chance to meet. The artist who who purchased this figure painting of herself runs local art classes for all ages through her business Blue Bird.
