Snaped a refrence photo before taking a dip to do laps with a friend. When I actually got to paining this piece, I really tapped into some vibrant awareness. Often once I complete a painting and look around at the world outside, I am able to see much more clearly. In this case, I finished painting just in time to catch the inspiring light of dusk just before evening set in.
