One of my first drawings during 2020 Quartanine honing in on the lantern is a perfect symbol for "The Hermit." This still life is part of a daily alter. Often when just relaxing, I am captivated by the movement and flow of smoke. Its shifting translucency is what inspired this casual on the spur of the moment drawing.
