Spa Still life started as a teaching demo for my students to learn observational painting techniques. I continued to complete the work as it evoked a sense of peace an freshness that I enjoyed. The blue bottle contains lavandar essential oils, and the succulent accents were plucked from our student garden behind the art studio.
