This piece was an opportunity for me to create a plein air demo for my students. I set up my easel and documented each stage of the painting process including everything from choosing a dynamic perspective to how to mix color. The fun part about painting live in public is talking to people passing by which ranges from local well known community members to tourists to young kids aspiring to be artists.
